Daniel turns over and presses his face against Jack's chest, tired, warm, content. Jack's arm slides over his hip and caresses the curve of his butt, and Daniel gives a little sigh, nuzzling in closer, fingers lacing through Jack's.

He sometimes thinks he should have done this long ago. Jack made the first move but Daniel should have made it a long time ago, because this is what he loves.

Because when they come home from a mission and Daniel is the one who stays with Jack and sleeps next to him, he can't imagine anywhere else he'd rather be.

Thank you! :D BTW, I'm just starting my icon collectioning, can I snitch yours, because I was going to make one quite similar to that, but I don't think I have the skills to make it look like they're kissing like that. :D

*cough* *points to her own shite skills* And I can't draw, yet I'm doing art for a fic in which Daniel and Jack get turned into bunnies (ZOMG this is such crack. :P It's fun though.)
